Simone Hehn

She is a Certified Social Pedagogue and Montessori teacher with an international Montessori Diploma (Montessori AMI Association). Simone has a young son.
After working a number of years in a Montessori Kinderhaus and leading a Montessori Kindergarten in Zürich, it was clear to me I wanted to make the Montessori Method available for even more children, including those in Basel.

I am still fascinated by the Montessori Method – the design of the space, so that the child is happy to be active in the prepared environment, to investigate, to connect with the materials, to focus their attention, and thereby learns to work with more concentration.
The encounters and the work with children brings me joy and happiness, as does the opportunity to play a very special role in the lives of the children who are entrusted to me.
